Special triple gRey.coat coating protects steel components against harmful environmental

phenomena, as: acid rain, salt contamination etc.

gRey.coat layers t:1000h:

Special features of gRey.coating t: 1000h:

• very high resistance to salt, water, chemicals, weather changes, etc.

• resistance to high temperatures, up to 200°C

• the highest resistance to corrosive gases

• salt chamber test up to 1000 h

• absence of corrosion, even in case of contact with other metals (galvanic corrosion) firmly

adheres even to elements of complex shapes

• ceramic coating fends off red corrosion

• the film causes the porosity of zinc, which adheres to the ceramic outer coating

Triple corrosion protection

NZ

Not recommended

A

Fastener does not affect faster corrosion of the structure

B

Fastener slightly increases the corrosion rate of the structure

C

Fastener slightly increases the corrosion rate of the structure

D

Fastener surface is rapidly destroyed. The fastener remains without corrosion protection

E

Substrate material increases the corrosion of the fastener.

* The specificity of environment and other types of additional coatings may alter the activity of corrosion
